My fridge started to act up, making noises and not cooling properly. I ended up reaching out to 5 local companies in Hendersonville/Gallatin to attempt repair on Monday. Nixon Repair called back about an hour later, professional and scheduled service for Wednesday. The other 4 never returned my calls. Richard from Nixon showed on Wednesday, prompt, and with a part he believed it was based on a short video I sent them. He was correct. Within a couple hours, the part was replaced and I'm back up and running. A few hours later, I did then receive a call back from one of the other 4 companies I reached out to on Monday, now 2 days later. Skip these other jokers and use Nixon if you need some appliance repair. Good work!

“We had a Bosch Dishwasher that had a small leak. Found Nate Nixon who came out ON Time and did an estimate. Very reasonable onsite visit cost (half of some that I had been told over the phone). Came back with the part (early arrival!) and repaired in 20 minutes. The part cost less than his estimate so he adjusted the price down. His original price was reasonable as it was, and I would have never known that it could have been lower without his honesty.”
